• Take a headache history via telephone or video

• Undertake a neurological examination via video link

• Recognise red flag symptoms

• Assess associated symptoms and features

• Review differential between primary and secondary headache

• Be able to explain to patients what tests and investigations might be needed to diagnose secondary headache
