Mr Sam Evans, Consultant Ophthalmologist
Mr Evans grew up in South Devon where he developed a deep love of the countryside and a strong interest in ecology and environmental responsibility.
Mr Evans later completed his ophthalmology training in South Wales and spent 12 years there before deciding to return to Devon where he now lives with his wife Kate, who is an artist and sailing instructor. He is a very keen water sports enthusiast and enjoy kitesurfing, paddle boarding and swimming whenever possible.
